Found a few plants that look like the herb but don't know for sure. They have seven leaves and some of of them are blooming a small white and yellow flower. To just smell them doesn't give an indication that it is marijuana but burning it does give a hint of the signature smell (or maybe my mind is just wanting it to be it so bad I'm imagining it

I have pics but don't know how to post them here, is there a way to do that?

Cannabis plants don't "flower" with actual flowers. Their flowers are the buds you smoke...

I found a bunch of what looks to be marijuana plants but the only thing that gets me is that you cant smell any aroma from it and there is a yellow flower on the very top of the plant. It does have seven (7) leafs. Also on the leafs there are toothed edges. Can anyone please help me trying to figure out if this is a marijuana plant or not? I have seen the leafs of a hemp plant but not the whole thing itself. Im sorry but i do not have any pics of the plant.

If they are out side then they will most likely smell like a skunk downwind from them. Same with the stem if you touch the stem and leaves then smell your fingers they will smell skunk like.

Male plants have tons of little balls on them witch eventually turn into pollinating flowers==== BAD keep down wind from females if your growing, But im SURE you have no intentions of that cuz its illegal

It's impossible to tell weather a plant is marijuana or not just from a description. You need to post a photo of the plant in question before an accurate answer can be given. The description you have given does not sound much like marijuana to me. Marijuana plants do not have yellow flowers. Male plants do have small white flowers once mature and after the pollen sacks open, females do not.

You can find hundreds of photos of marijuana plants in all stages of growth by doing a quick Google image search. You should easily be able to tell weather a plant is Marijuana or not after you have examined some photos of other plants.
