Im new in the area and im looking to make some new connections. Where do all the hippies hang out at? Are there any pot festivals happening soon? And how easy is it to get a prescription for weed? my back gives me problems a lot so does that count as chronic pain?

Here in California they pretty much hand out medical marijuana cards - for a price mind you. If you are trying to get your card usually they want some type of documentation of an injury. If you can get that from your doctor, you're good to go.
