Why not? Its his birthday, shouldn't the day be how he intends it? And I can't even comprehend your 2nd sentence. There shouldn't be a mess if your friends aren't animals and know how to use a trash can.


How about you say "This is my house, my birthday, my party, I prohibit the consumption of alcohol at it". Anyone with an ounce (can come in any time he wants) for their friend, his family and his birthday wishes wouldn't drink.

Simply make it clear to your friends that alcohol won't be tolerated at your house. Its likely to get you in trouble and cause more trouble than its worth.


The best way to keep idiots away is the explain the rules to your guests beforehand. Make it clear to them you want this to be a good time for all of you, but naturally there are some rules, you can't expect good company in chaos.

As far as bringing your own weed to the party, I wouldn't insist others to supply herb but maybe suggest everyone brings a little bit, so you all have a lot. It's a nice consideration for someone to smoke out the birthday host but you cannot expect it to happen all the time. Purchase some of your own, and inform your guest this party is 'green', so they are welcome to bring some herb to share.

As far as psychedelic stuff is concerned, I'd scour the internet before placing a request here. In a few simple clicks you can find everything you need. I'm a helpful guy so I'll come back in a little bit (after lunch most likely) and hook you up.
