I've checked several different sources, and they all seem to state this or something similar. I really don't see your problem, sterbo - due to the absent reading we do not know WHY the judge found in favor of the daughter, but we still know the end result, and (again, AS I STATED) I don't see what possible legal strategy could've been used to obtain such a verdict ((aside from allegation of abuse - which I also stated) and would result in far more than the daughter's grounding being lifted). This is why I felt it necessary to edit into my post "There has to be more to this story."*

Are you going to tell me if the Supreme Court of the United States finds that the 2nd Amendment did not provide the right of individual citizens to bear arms you would take exception and castigate that ruling without reading their specific findings?

We may disagree on a number of issues but I can't imagine you to be that remiss...
