True. Thats why you should keep an eye on them...

I thought so myself. All of my friends kind of have their 'designated' colors now, so it makes it kind of easy in a smoke circle to return someones lighter.

I shouldn't have a problem distinguishing which lighters are mine during the week because of the graphics on them. One if the Statue of Liberty, makes me feel like I'm doing a good deed when I toke

The other thing you can do, besides having a specific color, is draw on them.

I put designs on mine with permanent marker (usually this swirly pattern that's hard to describe, but very cool looking). The only problem is, after a while the permanent marker rubs off because the plastic is too smooth on bics for the ink to really grab onto. I'm thinking about using nail polish because I think it will last longer, but I think it will be harder as the brush doesn't allow for as much precision as a fine point permanent marker, and also, I usually do these designs stoned and I don't want to get nail polish all over my hands when I inevitably try to use one that isn't completely dry.

In any case, drawing on them makes them really, really easy to identify - even in big crowds. And there's no denying that it's actually yours.

That's what the drop of silver nail polish on the bottom is for... I also only use black bics, it's another trademark of mine.

It's not distinguishing them that's the problem, it's my friends going "I don't have a lighter, can I use yours?" and then me never remembering to get them back, and them always conveniently 'forgetting' to remind me (because they don't have their own lighters, haha). Partially my fault, I'll admit. I'm just pissed that my friends are too damn cheap to go and buy their own $2 lighters, and I have to buy new ones every time I smoke with those bums.

Not a problem anymore though, my brother got home and got my lighter back to me, so I finally got to smoke a bowl without matches today!

I don't see why everyone has to be a such a 'light mooch.' I just went to the store yesterday and picked up a pack of two nice bics for $2.

they use ur lighters so instead of buying 2$ lighers they spend it on MJ

well instead of buying a lighter for somebody, i could be buying a double cheese burger from McDonalds when im high. trust me, that double cheese burger means a lot to me when im high.lol
