Even if the person has no allergies, it could be extremely painful and could still be constrewed legally as a form of assault and/or boobytrapping. He mentioned it being hot enough to cause welts...I'm sure the jury will beieve it was "just a dab to combat the staleness" Its a dumb idea, flat out. I don't recommend it, and I've offered plenty of compelling reasons why not.

I like the idea except for hot sauce on the wrapper. just put enough hot sauce on the food to make whoever steals it regret it. They can't sue for that and I doubt they'll touch your food again.

I was watching the food network, about this guy that went to Mexico, and there is kind of sandwich( i think is called torta or something like that). And the put the hottest spiciest sauce ever.(REALLY REALLY HOT!!)
When the guy started eating that sandwich he started to turn red and his eyes got really watery.
I would say that you should buy a really hot one.
What if that person loves spicy food?

We had a lot of stolen work from out fridge at work. Many of us work on the 7th floor and the lunch room with the fridges are located on the 8th floor.. I can't understand why someone would do that. It's gotten so bad that one lady writes "I'm pregnant, please don't steal my lunch" on her lunch.
Thankfully Human Resources will give us a free meal if our lunch goes missing. I don't even keep my lunch in the fridge anymore. I just freeze a juice pack the night before and I keep that with my sandwich.. it keeps it cold for me and I can keep it in the safety in my locker or my bag.

But yeah, go with the hot sauce. Douse that sucker with it and see if the fuckers try to take your lunch again.

I think that the hot sauce it's a great idea, but i wouldn't kill some one of they stole my pizza I would be MAD for sure but I wouldn't go to that point.
Who cares if he has a fatal reaction?He(DaDornta) should care because he could get fired or even worst(go to jail or something like that).
So think whatever you want man, it's your opinion.

I fail to see why no one agrees with the OP. The fact is there is a THIEF that has repeatedly stolen food. Not only is that aggravating but its just down right wrong. I fully support you DaDornta. If anything were to happen such as an allergic reaction or some other problem, it would be their fault. If they wanted to get you in trouble for it, they would have to prove it was your pizza and admit they stole it and would probably end up losing their job and a lot of respect.

And come on, only ONE drop of extremely hot hot sauce? You could do better than that

Careful dado....we all know when you get out your tinfoil hat to back away and all, but this one could end up bad for ya. You should do something....just not boobytrapping tha wrapper for that food. Tha illegalities should be poking you in tha eye right now and it could easily come to pass that you lose this job you like so much, i'm sure that this behavior isn't covered by your union.
