Im getting hash for the first time tomorrow, and I wanted to know what are your experiences with hash? And how much would a average sized hit be in size? Im looking forward to my first experience is there anything else I should know?

a good hit would be to just cover your screen with a gram and make sure you cover your pipe with something while you're smoking it
a good way to light it is to try not to put the flame directly on it but to try and vape the hash
i also have a black&brown hash but no pic of that yet
so imagine a tiny fraction of that 1 little ball all the way to the right on the 2nd pic

I don't think I ever smoked hash alone. I would usually put the hash in and then sprinkle some weed on top.

I've always had excellent experiences with hash. The 70's and early 80's were a great time Hash was very abundant, and cheap back then. So many different flavors
One of my favorite ways to smoke hash was under glass.
Take a stick pin and push it through something flat. We used to use a book of matches. When you lay the match book on a flat surface (we used to use album covers for a flat surface, CD cover would be more readily available these days ), the stick pin will be pointing straight up. Take a small chunk of the hash and push it on the pin tip. Get a drinking glass (size dependent on the size of hit you want), light the hash chunk and let it start to burn, then place the drinking glass over the hash. The glass will fill with the hash smoke. When the hash has completely burned away and the glass is filled with smoke, slide the glass to the edge of the flat surface so that just a small part of the edge of the glass hangs over the side and draw the smoke out of the glass.
Bam, there you go. A totally unadulterated hash high. Enjoy!!!

big head rush... huge. nothing scary, and not too much to worry about with it. i was tought to smoke it by bottle tokes. small bit of hash, lit cigarette, and a water bottle with a hole on the bottom. light the butt, place the hash on the tip, put it in the bottle from the bottom and let it smoke up and fill the bottle. unscrew the top and take it in.

I'd say the amount comparable to a small pea (or even less if its potent stuff) should be enough for one person, assuming they have a medium-tolerance.

I like to smoke hash out of the bong, put a tiny bit of weed down first, then crumble it op on the bud and then rip the night away...

That was truly a beautiful thing. I bet that was *the way* to do it back in yesteryears. Back before glass pipes and bongs were a common smoking tool.

Glass pipes and bongs were easliy had back then Spiral But you are correct, that was *the way* I like the fact that you didn't get the taste of the pipe or bong with your hit. That pure hash taste

Well, I meant to say it's a lot easier to get a pipe or bong nowadays with the advent of the internet and headshops becoming more common, more glassblowers, and technology for mass production, etc.

Maybe that isn't the case, but I just envisioned a similiar crew from That 70's Show sitting around their tiny table with a cup and some hash doing this, Pink Floyd in the background....

Man, now I wish I had some hash to give this a try.

I could make some easily enough with this giant bag of KB stems I have but meh, I'm lazy right now...
