I guess maybe a slight chance in a small bong but remeber smoke is a gas and glass is a solid the method of how they will react is quite different, I mean if you have a good hard pull in a small bong (ewwww the water getting in you're mouth) I guess it's possible but I dont think so in a fair size or larger, I just cant see that happening.

Greenfoodgames- smoke is actually a collection of solid particles as well as the heated gases that carry it, called particulate matter. When I say particulate matter, though, I mean you would have a very, VERY hard time making a sizable pile of it like they had with the glass shavings (at least as far as the stuff in smoke goes- particulate matter can have a diameter up to 100 micrometers, and many of the glass particles shown in the videos dark posted were below that mark). We're talking stuff that you usually measure in nanometers. While on principle,what you said does have merit, I wanted to correct that one piece of information.

From the videos, I would hazard a guess that these glass particles could very well be carried by the smoke, but I'm not really sure- I don't know the density of the particles in smoke, whereas various types of glass have densities ranging from 2.24 and 4.16 g/cm^3. Maybe the glass particles, given their slightly larger size and perhaps greater density, can't be carried by the smoke- I don't recall the videos saying anything definite, but mentioned the discrete possibility, perhaps because it's best to assume that they can, and it can hurt you.

In summation- don't smoke contaminated weed. It can be and very possibly is very dangerous to smoke. Don't take chances on it- there's no reason to. Smoke smart- smoke S-mart.

(Seriously though, smoke smart, smoke safe. I just couldn't pass it up after I put down the first half of that)
