So just a moment ago I was about to roll a joint by my computer desk in the basement, planning for a wake 'n bake tomorrow...Here is my desk.


I keep my marijuana in a baggie on the second platform. If you can faintly see the DVD case
I have a little basket to keep random things in (DVDs, games, etc. It is beyond view UNLESS you pull it outwards to snoop into my things.



There is my baggie, slightly opened. I always keep it tightly sealed. I further investigate to find this!



Someone pinched my fuckin' nug! I was shocked and appalled when I saw this, especially since no one smokes in my house...but then I realized my pothead uncle was over just on Saturday. We have a mini fridge in the basement with pop (or soda as you Americans say) and juices. My guess is that he decided after getting a Coke to go through my things. He knows I smoke, and with the lighter on top and I guess he was hoping to find weed in the general area.

Now it's possible my Dad took it because he's going on vacation with my mother and he used to smoke, but somehow I doubt that. My Uncle is a very aggressive and ruthless man. He has told me on many occasions his stories of bar fights and his use of crass flattery with women. I want to confront him, but at the same time I'm worried he will somehow take offense to my accusations, or possibly get physical with me, despite me having no chance. I'm 5'10" and 150 lbs, he's 6'3" and 190+.

Any advice? Heh.

Well my sis ripped me off 1g when i was buying a quad and I pretty much stole back 1 1/2g's back ....1g for what she took and 1/2 for being ignorant lol.

Does he carry a stash on him when he comes around?

Actually, this varies by region. An unrelated forum I frequent actually had a thread with a survey: pop, soda, coke or other. Folks even came up with long personal stories about it and even graphs. Gotta love forums.

I wouldn't risk that kind of confrontation over a pinch. Also, it appears the perpetrator wanted a confrontation by rubbing the evidence in your face. Here's one idea:
Move your stash. In it's place leave a note to whom it may concern telling them just what you think. Tell 'em to put that in their pipe and smoke it. Proceed to act like nothing unusual happened.

Poison a bag of weed and leave it in the same spot, that will teach the thief to steal weed. (dont do this).


Just let it be and take it as a lesson learned, not that much was pinched, just keep a better hiding spot. If your uncle can find it, maybe someone you dont want to see it will find it and you get in trouble. Be creative and dont let it happen again.

Don't say anything but set up a video camera and invite him over.

If he is pinching your nugs then confront him and ask him for some money and tell him thats fucked up.

First part I agree with. Try to catch him sometime. Set up a cam if you can, and maybe even tell him how you got a bag of GREAT stuff. Then tell him you'll be right back and leave the room or whatever you have to do, and see if he goes to the same spot again.

I wouldn't ask him for money, but I'd confront him, or at the least, send him the video and say nothing more. A simple thing like that can be very effective on a persons conscience. If he did do it thats pretty fucked up, but some people will steal from anything from anyone.....you could even set up a cam and go through a list of people if it turns out not to be your uncle.

Well, the size of each of you does not matter because I would suggest not fighting you uncle. But if you are that cool with him and on terms which you can talk about smoking, confront him. Tell him he's gotta score you some bud or he's gotta smoke you up now.

Next time don't have your weed lying around when you have company over. There is really no easy way to confront a relative about something like this.
