I am not new to MJ, but I really don't smoke too much. I go through 1g in maybe a week. Recently I have been getting more into it, and I have found that I have either been getting ripped off without knowing it, or it's just expensive as hell out here. I want to buy an 1/2 an O in the coming days, but I can't find ANYTHING for under $250. Should I just keep searching or is this what I should expect prices to be in So-Cal?

well what type of bud is it?? because you could have some crazy dank shit thats just amazing, or being so close to Mexico you should be able to get the dirt cheap mids for around $40-65 a 1/2. So it depends on the quality of your weed.

really depends on quality here. i've seen half's for 250 for good kush but theres better deals out there. your definitely getting took if your buying buy the gram.
I used to get kush O's for under 300-350....good dank for 250-300
brothers been pushin heavy lately so i havnt had to buy anything since april

Well generally I get good stuff, but even the mids sell for the same prices. Really I think its more of an issue of dealers taking advantage of me. I had originally thought that bud went bad in a couple of weeks, so that is why I had never felt it necessary to buy more than 1g at a time. I just got a Hot Box yesterday because I found an amazing deal on one, but I couldn't find any bud to smoke lol. I am sure you guys know how depressing it is to have a vaporizer but you don't have anything to smoke. I got so desperate last night I was looking online for anything I could smoke in my garden lol.

I get dank of the dank humboldt county weed for $15 a g. But it mostly depends on the quality of the weed your buying.
