| For a while I was a daily smoker, but after a break I have just started again. I am high for a while (between 40 minutes and 1.5 hours), but after that I come down for much longer than I am high. Does anyone else get this |

| I used to get it; way back when when was when after I smoked (I typically smoke at night, go to sleep and then wake up) I would wake up feeling out of it. But since I came home from college I've been smoking a lot more and now I really don't get the "out of it" or groggy feeling so much. Sometimes its there, but its either somehow different or its a bit of a hazey feeling. However I usually stop noticing after a while. I believe its merely due to the tolerance that I've been building since I've been back. The one thing I do notice is the difference in feeling when I wake up after I smoked the previous night as compared to waking up and not having smoked the night before. |

| Start smoking good buds (sativa/headies). Indicas will give you a more lethargic comedown whereas you'll find you can blend right back into your normal routine even after the heaviest of headies sessions. If you can't afford it or can't find it, just stick to smoking in the later hours of the day. |

| Yes.. I tend to drink coffee or other caffeine containing substances while smoking during the day. It helps to counter some of the "come down" effect, and you can do other things like eat an apple (which they say wakes you up more than a cup of coffee would). Other than that, I try to keep my smoking to night time. That way when I start to come down and feel tired, I am going to bed any way. It helps my insomnia too. Quality has a lot to do with it too. I was buying from a different source for a few weeks, and it was lower quality than what I was used to. More leaves, less bud.. not as good. It burnt me out quick, the high wasn't long at all, and I was very tired after. Ironically, it was costing me more to get the crappy weed than what I was normally paying for much better stuff ![]() |

| Every action has an opposite but equal reaction. It happens with anything. Caffeine makes you jittery, then makes you crash. Alcohol makes you drunk, then makes you hungover, or cranky. Weed makes you high, then burnt out. Depending on your tolerance, how much you smoke, when you smoke....depending on a lot of things it can change how MUCH of a comedown you have, but if you plan on getting high, plan on at least some sort of burn out.

| I use to be like that back when I first started smokin'. Then I started tokin' almost everyday and my come down isn't bad at all and just practically wears off.
