First day of class today... had to take a ceramics class to satisfy a fine art requirement.

It's ok because I've been making things out of clay since I was young, so I figured this would be the easiest class.

Anyways, as the teacher is going over the rules of the class (per first day stuff), she looks directly at me and goes:

"And absolutely no making any paraphernalia... no bongs, pipes, etc."

LOL.

I just smiled back.

Just an update...

Didn't make a bong, but I did make this:

Although I made sure to nudge my professor and joke with her that it was just an extravagantly designed bong.

Yea I'm pretty happy with how it came out. We had to combine different "organic" objects, so I used a puffy sanddollar (you can kinda see it in the background of this pic) to make the island/surfboards/campfire... then a barnacle made the tiki hut... and then some ocean rocks for the jetti.
