What, exactly, are you being charged with? From what you said, it doesn't sound like you were caught in possession. Only a couple of states have laws against being high. You weren't dumb enough to confess, right? So what they've got is the word of one kid against the word of another.

Basically what I am thinking as well... as long as he hasn't confessed, then he should never confess. It's a kid vs a kid it sounds like.

well one kid confessed, then another, then my brother, so there was nothing i could do. and after they confessed they searched the car and said they found little pieces of weed on the floor. they told me that im going to be charged with possession and use but the most i will get is probation.

it really sucks because i honestly think if nobody would have confessed, which was supposed to be the plan, then we would have never gotten caught. they wouldn't of had any proof then us looking high

That really sucks man, smoking in school isn't so bad if you take your precautions though unless you have real pigs on your school faculty. I smoke a bowl everyday before school and I'm less groggy in the morning, I actually challenge problems instead of shy away from them and I'm just having a shit hot good time, like coffee for the soul meng. Troop it out to your senior year, then they just don't give a fuck.
