| ok, so i smoke alot of Herb, clearly thats why i love this place! ANYWAY, So i always friggin burn out after blazing one, and i wanna know if theres anything i can do? energy drinks dont really work, any ideas welcome! |

| You could try a tolerance break. It always seems like if I smoke a lot of pot day in and day out, the burnout becomes more pronounced and the pleasurable effects less so. But 3-7 days of abstinence from marijuana can bring back that "bright" high. What other recreational drug can say that? Pot is awesome. Barring that, you could try scoring some higher quality bud. Schwag is more likely to give you a burnout, especially if you're a heavy smoker.

| Moderation... I can't smoke as much now as I used to. Pretty much just one day a week because of weekly piss tests. But when I was smoking daily for a longggg time I'd smoke in moderation. Like, I'd start my first toke of the day with just like 3 or 4 hits, which should be enough to get you nice and lifted. Then I wouldn't smoke again until my high was totally gone, and only a few hits again. Try staying active too, don't just sit around while you're high and afterwards. And blunts are like a guaranteed burn I've found.

| alright, a break could be a good idea, but i just cant justify not smokin mary J for more than 1 day, ill try what you guys say, now that school started it should not be so bad, but i blazed at school today (dont worry i only had spare and business marketing after lunch) and i was so burnt for business i hated being there. |

| It's healthy for you. Smoking anything is bad for your respiratory system. Every day you do not smoke, it gives not only your tolerance to decrease, but it gives your lungs a bit of time to repair the damage done from the previous sessions.

| as some said, moderation. avoid wake and baking as that burns you out quit. Energy drinks dont work well for me, but 5 hour energy drinks do much better...or coffee or something. Energy drinks are made up of mostly sugar so even if your burned out you'll crash harder after drinking them. oh and also quitting isnt that bad, days when i couldnt even IMAGINE quitting sucked, but 2 or 3 days sober and its like weed doesnt even matter and you can wait longer for the next sack. Its more effective too if you have a job or a busy lifestyle |

| More is less. If you want to get high without the burnout, you need to get your tolerance down to the point where you can get really high on a small amount of weed. To maintain that, you have to less and less often. You get less burnout from smoking small quantities of high quality Sativas than any other kind of weed.
