| Work out then get high. I haven't gone to the gym yet since I just started classes, but when I do i'm definitely going to workout first and then smoke later that night. |

| Again...WHY would you get high then work out? Doesn't that kind of go against the principle of being high, and it would also blow the hell out of being high. |

| I get stoned and then go for a long ass bike ride. great exercise and if you are really high, you feel kind of like your flying. it's alot of fun. |

| I used to get high before going (i'd vape a bit of sativa). I had much better workouts, more focused, less distracted, and more--overall--intense workouts... The problem was that I got worried about the sativa raising my heart rate. I'm still trying to find info on if its healthy or not (like, if its any worse than drinking a coke or soemthing then working out). I also vape after working out if I destroy myself... I've found it helps the "healing" process, and the next day I'm practically 100%. But yeah, if anyone knows about it being healthy or not before workout, let me know. |
