Everyone has things they just can't stand. I have my fair share of pet peeves.

1. I can't stand it when someone smacks their food, gum or just makes that saliva swishing sound. Eeeewwww that just drives me insane. If I hear it too much it makes me want to vomit.

2. When your sharing dip and someone double dips or they are so inconsiderate that they reach right into your plate and take a bite of your food without asking. That's a good way to come back with only a nub.

3. When you share a joint or pipe and by the time it comes back to you the end of it is all wet with someones saliva.......that's just gross.

Yeah. You got it, Double dipping and the swishing drives me nuts.

And when my dumbass friend Puts half the 3 papered joint in his mouth, like hes practicing or something.

And when people call me up and ask if i wanna burn, But there not throwing down.

1. When people hover over me while I'm browsing the internet, just going about my business, and then have to make a comment on virutally every news article or website I'm on.

2. When people get mad at me for not talking when they themselves aren't doing anything to progress the conversation.

3. When people say they are against marijuana but it turns out that the only reason they are against it is because it is illegal and don't wish to acknowledge ANY of the positives of the herb.

4. When people sit in the aisle seat of a crowded bus or train and put their bag on the other seat.

That is a good one which made me think about people come over to my house and watch tv and take over my remote.

Definitely agree on the smacking food one,
my roommate does it all the time, almost to show like ... "look I have food and you don't" type thing. He's kinda fat and is pretty much always eating while high and seems to smack uncontrollably when he eats. Incredibly annoying.

I also don't like it when people are "fishing for compliments"... unless of course some good-looking girl is flirting with me or something, then it's different...

but then again - back to my roommate, he has this aura about him because he's grown up in the suburbs, completely spoiled.. never had a job in his life (almost 19)... and only lives off what his parents give him each month ($$ wise)... and then he'll brag (in a subtle manner) about how good his technology is.. (Ps3, HD screen, all this bullshit), how much of this or that he owns,..... which country's he's been to... etc.

Just makes me want to say... "yeah you think you're king shit, but you can't talk to girls... have been handed everything in life, never went to parties or anything in highschool, a bubble boy.." - but I know that would just make things bad, so whatever

I guess he just pisses me off sometimes... like he'll say he doesn't know "who he is... and wants to find himself..." usually he's drunk and gets emotional... but then the next day or so he'll have another really arrogant moment... thinking he's better than the next average joe and seems like he thinks I'm still dumb enough to fall for it.
I tend to just ignore him now and he gets the message... especially since I tell him he looks like the little kid of "Two and a Half Men"... he agrees, so it's all good.

That's my rant about some pet peeves, but to sum it up... I guess I really don't like it when people try to project themselves as a bigger person than they truly are. Especially if you've never had to work for anything major in your life, and still feel you're a big man because you've been here or there, or have this or that.

people who spit. i fucking hate it when i'm standing at the bus stop and somebody next to me just lobs a big horker right onto the pavement.

oh and roommates who just don't understand how to clean up after themselves. We've all had them; we all hate them.

My current roommate is clean though so I can't complain now!

YAY! Finally a thread that I can scream and yell at the people I absolutly hate.

1.) People who are extremely arrogant, and absolutely think they know everything. I'm talking about the people after every sentence, they'll say, "Technically, that's not true..." or, "No.... That's not right". And this dude is at it constantly. And then you tell the dude its a fact, and like, "Oh... Well, okay. But still doesn't make it right" God!!!! Only if killing was legal.
