ask as many ppl you know but the only way youll really know is buying from different dealers yourself. you should be able to distinguish the good from the bad (dealers) after a few purchases...

if ur going to a public school... u should be able to find a crowd of potheads to ask them to hook u up. when i went to high school, i didnt have to look far for hook ups, my school was pretty big on stoners, probbly 1 stoner out of 3 students... go stoners!

lol, if you live in a rather rural area, then grow your own, but if you really are in philly, you should have no problem, I assume there are plenty of them as the term Philly Blunt, is well, to say the least, a bit of a give-away, lol, I heard that most of the good **** can only be gotten at night, but also that most dealers try to stay out of sight but as close to a police station as possible, the cops dont think they need to worry about dealers around the station so they go to the ghetto and then you can score some mids with minimal trouble

man if you wanna get high but can't find a dealer, just go to your local grocery store and lift some whipped cream and some balloons. then shoot the whipped cream into the balloon and it will fill up with nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and the actually cream. just suck on the balloon and suck the gas in a few times, but not too many cause you can suffocate. and don't accidentally suck the whipped cream in too. and thats it. oh yeah, and only do one at a time at the most.

Pretty sure this counts as off-topic drugs, but DAMN that's some funny sh*t. If you want to find a dealer, just ask your stoner friends. If you cant do that, you could try a college or a head shop.

haha my friend told me to do that once, but didn't, he told me to stick the nozzle in my nose and spray slowly but watch out for the cream, and i didn't. then i got high and he told me to and i didn't, cuz mj is better. the best plan is to find a guy who look high and ask him. or just look in your school for someone who has a grateful dead t-shirt or some sort of death metal shirt. or just look for hte wannabe badass lol. peac

Ok, I have a problem. I do not have consistent dealer. I live in a small town in new Hampshire. I'm a High Schooler, although, right now I am not in school(for reasons you are all familiar with...just legalize). The summer is coming up, I'm gonna have a job, and I'm gonna have a little bit of cash flowing around. But I don't trust anyone that I know that "sells". One guy inparticular ripped me off twice. I need to know how to find a dealer. How should I go about looking for a consitent and fair dealer? People have ****ed me over so many times, I'm on the verge of carrying a knife. Since I have started smoking (3 years??) I have lost more than 300 dollars. It just really sucks ass knowing you're getting ripped off, and there is nothing you can do about it. So I guess there are 2 questions here; 1. What is the best way to finding a good dealer/grower. 2. what are some precautions I can take so I don't get ripped off again? Thanks alot guys, and I did a search and couldn't find anything on what I was looking for, so please don't close this.

Make friends who you know smoke. There are probably other smokers out there who don't deal but are willing to do a little something. Once you make friends with them, you may want to try asking them if they'd be willing to sell just to you. Good luck.
