I guess this is as good a place as any. Well I started smoking a lot of weed. and the last stuff i got was crip... anywayz, i noticed it had orange hairs in it so i thought it was real good and wut i payed for... i was happy. well i got caught with rolling papers and dad now has my stuff. He drug tested me w/ an at home drug test and it said i had thc, obviously, and methadone in my system... could those orange hairs be the methadone that was laced with pot? or how else can i get methadone while thinking it's just pot?

Uhh... that was probably a false positive. There is no reason any dealer would add chemicals to weed unbeknown to you since that would just put the dealer on the bad end of the deal. The orange hairs are called "pistils" and are a part of the flower of the female cannabis plant. They hold concentrated levels of THC and resin producing glands called "trichomes". There is no logical explanation for the methadone unless you're actually using it or it's a false positive...

It has been discussed many times that it is extremely rare for a bag of weed to be laced, it was probably just a false positive.

Edit: Did you take any Nyquil or other OTC medicine prior to drug testing?

And what exactly is he supposed to search? "Orange hairs + methadone"? Do you ever remember any thread asking if orange hairs could be laced with methadone?

no gang affiliation... lol. its just wut we call the "good shit" here. but idk wtf methadone really is... and the only real medicine ive taken is alka seltzer plus cold for a runny nose/cold. thts it. and it was like a week ago...

Methadone is a synthetically produced opioid that is used to treat heroin addiction. It's possible to smoke methadone but not with a direct flame.

I know that Benadryl can show a false-positive for methadone, but I'm not sure about alka-seltzer products.
