Yeah, my dad is about one of the biggest stoners I know, and I know a lot haha. I've seen his stash a few times and the glass collection he's got going on (it's pretty damn impressive).
Well anyway, I was wondering how I would bring this up in a way that wouldn't be to weird. He's a really laid back and open guy, I'm just not sure how to start the conversation.

Besides, it's coming winter time and there's no way I want to spend yet ANOTHER one sneaking around in the cold when we both know about the other one, when I could just relax in my house and we could share a bowl. That would be something awesome to share daughter to father.
Oh, and he could hook me up with his dealer maybe! So I don't have to deal with these teenage high school assholes tryin to sell me an eighth of their schwag for 70 bucks haha.

You both know each other smoke, but does he know you know he smokes?

If yes, and if he's as cool and laid back a guy as you say, then bring it up casually. Find him right after he's done smoking, probably at his most laid back point in the day, and outright tell him that you smoke. If he's as cool as you say, and he already knows, it should go rather smoothly.

When me and my dad found out each other smoke it was akward at first, but once we actually sat down and hammered out the facts we each know and shared some experiences we found we aren't such different people. I'm basically the 20 year old version of him, and I think he likes that. Kind of reminds him of his 'good ol' days'. Plus we've grown a little closer in the past couple of years, it's great for bonding with your parent(s).

But do keep in mind. Our parents (well, baby boomer parents) were used to hippy weed so pulling out an NYC Diesel Stash, let alone Blunt, may be unenjoyable for him.

He's not quite that old, it's more like his parents are the baby boomers.
I'm 16, he's 38 I think.
And yeah, he knows that I know he smokes.

I think catching him smoking and saying my piece is better than his would be so funny! It's just that he's so damn sneaky! And it would require me to get some good glass too haha, but I'm working on it. Since I'm underage, and look it, I just get kicked out. :[
