Wow, reminds me of a time when myself and two friends were entering a hess and on the ground by the trash was a big bag of nugs, easily a half or so. I pointed it out and we looked around and there were some people comming so we just walked inside. After quickly discussing the situation one of my friends went out to grab it, only to have it scooped up by some older guy. I was scared that it was a setup when I first saw them laying there in plain sight, but to this day I will always remember the smug look on that guys face and regret not picking up that bag. Oh well, maybe he got pulled over down the road.

that doesn't make any sense, its like finding a switchblade on the street, no body i know would just let it sit there, waiting for a kid to find, why couldn't you just say that you didn't want little kids to find it and hurt themselves so you picked it up and was now on your way to drop it off at the police station.

there is no right way to handle that situation, what the fuck do the want you to do ignore it? make a chalk outline and call 911? the most responsible thing to do is pick it up and bring it to the police.

Smoking anything during pregnancy deprives the fetus of oxygen. Just as smoking tobacco is discouraged in pregnant women, so is smoking marijuana. Smoking any type of substance interferes with the fetus's blood supply.

Sure, no clear-cut deformity or syndrome is known to occur due to marijuana use during pregnancy... but why would you take that risk? In my opinion it shows selfishness and poor parenting on the mothers part.
