The UPS guy just scared the living crap out of me.

I just took off (a half day) so I could take my puppy to the vet and have his vaccinations done and have time to watch and make sure he doesn't have any kind of allergic reactions to them. I sort of have a sore throat anyway, so I was glad for the opportunity to take off.

So I just settled down with a bowl, curled up on the couch in my living room, when I heard the "cop-knock." You know that authoritative, almost-a-pound-but-not-quite, flat side of fist knock. Not the little knuckly rat-tat-tat knock. My lighter went flying out of my hand. I swear to God I almost had a heart attack.

I ran into the kitchen to hide my pipe and weed in the bottom of a dirty clothes hamper by the washing machine, then checked the peephole.

Yeah, it was definitely UPS, dropping me off a Christmas gift I got delivered off of Amazon. Yeesh.

Below is a picture of what Ollie thought of my reaction and his trip to see the Worst Person Ever(tm), who gave him a shot in the ass. But who doesn't like a shot in the ass?
