| ive got a chest infection and last time i got one i was given anti-biotics...and i smoked before i finished the whole course of anti-biotics and i continued to be ill with the infection...and it took ages untill it went away... i really want to smoke this week because ive saved up for some nice bud and also my parents are away untill thursday....and i want to make the most of it...because once their back it will be harder to blaze... i don't think i want to risk smoking joints because im sure it will just irritate my infection and prolong the healing time... do you think i could vaporize some bud and it not effect my infection? or will it not be good for the situation ? what do u guys advise me to do? i want to be stoned this week...and im thinking its possible without upsetting my chest...but how? btw im not capable of cooking...even if it was as simple as firecrackers...i dont want to risk wasting nice bud on cooking...ive tried many times and i can not master the perfection and i always waste my bud ... and ino how stoned i can get from vaporizing. thanks

| I wouldn't risk it because I hate being sick. I don't think vaporizing is gonna be any help you because its still inhaling and going into your lungs. Tough choice, I dont have any sciency facto stuff to offer you that might sway you but I'd say to just take the pills, get over the infection asap and maybe have a day before thursday to blaze your ass off. |

| Would it be better for you than actually smoking? Yes. Would not inhaling anything at all be even better? Yes. |

| I know how you feel. I had a chest infection and I smoked and it lasted forever. I talked to my friends dad who's a doctor and he said that when you have a chest infection the worst thing you can do is smoke, no matter what method you use, it's not good. It can make the infection worse for one thing, and can cause lasting damage. Just keep saving up your money so you can buy even MORE bud when you're all better. |

| Since vaporizing isn't smoking you'll be fine... it will even help you bring up more of the shit ur probably already coughing up. getting sick is what started me to vape...if you wanna be extra cautious keep the temps lower so any kind of warmth cant be a factor. |

| Dude, I have bronchitis right now and I'm still hitting my bowl, so vaporizing will be just fine. If you're taking antibiotics this time around, they shouldn't interfere with the weed or vice versa. Personally, I've never had a problem with antibiotics and marijuana before, but that's just me. The only medications I've encountered any changes with while smoking are cold/cough medications (NyQuil + Pot = one drowsy fucker) and pain relievers with opiates in them (percocet, etc.) which seem to intensify the effect and I don't recommend combining the two. (I had damaged my leg working, and was put on percocet to relieve the pain, so I took them for legitimate reasons.) Having the munchies and no appetite from the pills sucks, then trying to sleep when you can't sucks even more. Long story short, you'll be fine, I just rambled about the only complications I've had with any medication and marijuana, and off-topics are bad to combine with marijuana even if you're taking off-topics for prescribed reasons. Get well soon.

| I saw marijuana man on YouTube and he used his vape through the bong to make it smoother. Maybe that would help, happy tokin' |
