I had an amazing job waiting for me after college but I just took a horrific final and I am pretty sure I didn't do well enough to pass the class while making As in all other classes (no slacker). That means I have to take it again, which will lead to inability to take final course to graduate next semester, which means no job. It also means I have to take an extra class and possibly extra semester but my scholarships won't pay.

I feel SO damn screwed and p*ssed. It was one of those exams where how much study is quite irrelevant (thinking vs knowing). I studied for about 8 hours for this exam and it tested maybe 15% of things I had to know + intelligence (simple problems for practice, extremely tricky problems for the actual exam).

I just had to vent...

just hope that everyone else did shitty...maybe the teacher will help the students out and add some points...I always find they are a lil more lenient on grading finals because they rush to get the grades in

Your screwed man. But this doesn't mean that it will screw up your future. If you think negatively, things are most likely to go bad. You got to stay on track no matter what happens. There are many people that have succeeded in life and many of them didn't even go to college.

I feel the same way... and I'm just finishing my first semester of college. I dropped a class because I was gonna fail it, and I feel like I'm gonna fail 2 of my current classes. Honestly, it sounds like your better off than me.

This doesn't hep you at all, You're just sitting in front of your computer saying "Yea i think I'm going to fail 2 of my classes". I know this must suck for both of you, but are just making it worst. You guys need to put in more effort and be more positive. If you go into that "I'm going to fail " mentality, you will get to the point that you will say, fuck it, I'm too tired and I'm done. I don't want to be mean, I'm just trying to help out.

Hey, I'm doing all i can to not fail. My finals are next week and i'm prepared for them. It's really hard for me right now, I'm going through a tough time in my life. Over the past few months I've began to feel like my whole life is going down the drain, but I'm going to counseling for help. I agree, complaining about it on the internet doesn't help at all.

I hope you are doing everything you can not to fail, It's good that you are prepared but you never know what to expect. Cheer up bro! I know life can be a total bitch sometimes but life is awesome in so many other ways, remember that your life is not going down the drain, it will go down the drain if and only if you want it to.
