Well, I didnt get caught yet but, heres my story.

Not this past weekend, but the weekend before, i was up with my older brother (22) and my mom had to get my clothes and shit which is where i used to hide my stuff. She found an empty box of cigars (black & milds http://www.mr-bills.com/images/octob...%202005038.jpg), a "filter" to one, a couple cigarette butts, my small metal pipe, and an empty baggie. So she calls me up and is like "Ryan, what is all this stuff i found in your hoodie? i found a baggy with illegal substance in it (It was actually tobacco), an empty cigarette box which tells me that you smoked them, and a mini-bong thing. are they yours?"

Yeah. She said this in a normal tone and she found like 50 of my homemade bongs (exageration) and she just left them. She didnt take them. She tried smoking in collage and told me & my older brother (15) that if we want to smoke pot, to try it in collage. I dont know if she really cares all that much but...

My dad used to smoke alot when i was like 10. He was always depressed, he had a bottle of vodka in the freezer at all times, a bong in the freezer, and an 8 foot pot plant in the back yard (i was told about these things by my oldest brother (22) and my mom said she didnt like that my dad smoked, but she loves the smell of it, but come on, who doesnt? )

Im not sure if i should tell her now or wait a few years till i am 18. but yeah, thats my almost caught story :P

EDIT: She also knows a few of my friends smoke & my friends house back where i USED to live, she has heard stories that everybody goes there, goes to smoke pot. Whoever said this, i have no clue. But what i DO know, is that its true pretty much lol. And i go there alot and she knows it

To the OP, it sounds to me like you were caught, not almost. And you mentioned two of your older brothers, saying one was 22 and one 15. Which means you are under 15. But it also seems like your parents are completely chill with pot. Your parents really have little argument is your dad used to keep a bong in the freezer and a plant in the backyard.

I think the best thing to do is talk to her about it. Unless they are completely unreasonable, I think it may turn out the best if you talk to your mom.

Sounds like your moms pretty cool with marijuana... Just keep it hidden from her for now. then when ur an adult you can talk to her about how your doing it responsibly...

what? that sounds like you got caught to me? sounds like your parents are pretty chill though, you should talk about it with them. tell them that you are responsible about it, or maybe ask for advice about how to be more responsible.

i remember when my mom found my stash...my folks arent nearly as chill as ur parents sound. She flushed it and made me promise to never do it again...i hate promises that i know i cant keep. but yeah id just be a lil more careful and try not to sweat it too much. im about to be 21, and i know my folks know i smoke, but they dont bring it up and niether do i...its worked ok so far
