Unconscious and Totally Out of it

Hey everyone. I've been smoking for roughly a year now on and off. I was just wondering why do i become "unconscious" and totally out of tune with the real world when i smoke? For example: The other night when i got high with some buddys of mine everything was nice and chill. We were just relaxing, listening to music, conversing, etc. All my friends went into the other room but i was just locked into the couch, and as much as i wanted to get up and walk around, i couldn't. Then some guy, who i had no idea who he was, walks in and starts to strum (not play) the guitar asking me if it sounds tuned. I knew that it wasn't because i watched him **** up the strings, but i couldn't distinguish between the different sounds. It was as if i had gone deaf and when i would try to reply to his question, the only thing that came out was a whisper moaning sound (a very quiet "ugh"). The wierd thing about this guy is as soon as i would try to answer him he would leave the room and come back in 10 minutes later multiple times and repeat the same process (screwing around with tuning the guitar and everything).

I would like to know why I'm having this "unconcious" effect when i smoke.

Different people get different effect from weed. How much did you smoke roughly?

Sounds to me like you've got some really good stuff. I love it when I get a bag that leaves me comatose.

It sounds like you're more sensitive to the effects of marijuana than the average person. By keeping up with your friends, you're getting too high a dose. From your description, it sounds like nothing more than too much weed.

Try taking one hit and waiting ten minutes before you take another. That's how long it takes a hit to reach peak effect. If you feel that you want more, repeat the ten minute cycle as needed. Don't allow peer pressure to push you into smoking more than is right for you.

Yeah definitely just smoked too much. I've had the same thing happen with the not being able to speak. I wanted to talk but I could only just make short whispers and sounds.
