|  how long should i take a break for? so just wondering how long is a good stretch of time to take a break? and should i take a break from buying? or smoking in all? because all my friends smoke pot and i KNOW there will be a time when someone offers me a hit.. should i just reject it or take it |

| What is the reason why you are taking a break? If it's because of your tolerance levels, you should quit for a little over a month. |

| A month seems a little long for tolerance...if I was you I would stop for about 2 weeks

| I think it depends on the person. There have been a few times where I have planned to take a tolerance break for a week and then by the second day somebody offers me a hit, and that first hit gets me really high. Some people need more time than others. I would say take a week off, and then smoke, and if your tolerance is still high than take another week off. |

| I am on a month break as of Monday. And I've already have had people asking to smoke me out. But, I do hang around people that are toking while I'm on a tolerance break. One thing is for sure, I am going to get ripped on my one month anniversary. Good luck on your break. As far as how long, depends on the person. I've gone 3 days without weed, and then I get totally fucked off of one hit. Once you start smoking for along time, you will know your tolerance levels and how long it takes to go down. The most common answer will be a month though. I <3 marijane

| I never need to go more than a week to get my tolerance down. I've always been a lightweight when it comes to any drug, though. |

| If a friend offers you a rip and you take it, that really isn't a "Break". You can if you want but the next day becomes day 1 of the break. Just stay away from it in total for about 2 or 3 weeks.
