My friend is interested in trying cannabis for the first time, but has some fears of it's effects on the brain. I'm not very educated on the effects but (I believe) they are slim-to-none. He's pro-legalization (hardcore libertarian) but I think he just believes some of the propaganda that's out there. Could anyone give me some trustworthy (medical/science) sites to educate him on how safe cannabis is? His main concern is that it has physical effects on the left hemisphere of the brain.
