I mean seriously, reading about all those raids and everything makes me loose faith in humanity more and more...

I live in germany - europe, and as some of you should know, ALOT of the countries in europe have cannabis decriminalized hard, hell, our union law allows people to grow hemp with 0,5% THC and less for industrial use!

spain, portugal, czech republic, russia, belgium, holland, germany, austria, italy, france even soon to come the UK all have more or less decriminalization on it.

For example, in my 'state' (Schleswig-Holstein) i can easily have 30grams of my beloved herb and not go to jail for it...

Ofcourse there are some limits, like smoking in public places is forbidden, carrying all that stuff and smoking it at the same time is subject of a fine/public service. Ofcourse, it can only be smoked irregularly (they make tests to clarify if someone smokes every day for a month, or with breaks - and that, after youre caught carrying and smoking), but the thing is, they don't even prosecute it here - the only thing they fire their laws at are the big gangs actually.

I think i speak for most of the potheads in europe, we feel bad for you americans and god, get your asses over here and smoke some weed and walk around our beautiful cities (madrid, vienna, berlin, rome) without fear of going to jail! (in all of those countries being high is fully decriminalized and legal)
