What the charge for this...............

Ok here the story........ Was gone to work, then after work came home like nothing happen then saw this note on dining table, it said we sreach your home, shop and we find these items......3-9" dead plants, small hitter box, about 100 seeds and we need you to call the station as soon as in get in. So I pick up the phone and they told me to just sit tight and will call you back.........about a little over a month I got the call and was told to come to the station, well they mug shot me, finger print and said to post bail and did that for 100.00 and free to go. Then about three month later with to court and gave me 4 years probation, 80 hrs com. service, 500.00 for each plants, one day wonder program (that going to the pen for 12 hrs.) to see what it like behind those walls. and then I got 2 felnoy on my record and for what not no weeds what so ever.........the way I see it sould be a less charge

First of all, how did they get into your house and search it without your consent? They need a warrant for that kind of thing.

I never lock it, and they did have a warrant for it, like I said the guy I fire was bust some month early and he snitch me for his case and then the cop didn't find what they wanted was something big and lost it, my bust was in the newspaper and all. So they wanted to make it look big.

Im willing to bet this guy isnt from North America.

The way they handled this situation makes me believe he is living in a nation with subpar human rights.

Hey bet what you want, so now you know I'm from Ar. are you feeling better now. Like I said the next county would had throw it out of court, but the county that bust me knew they screw and still gave me the ax for it and charge me with 2 felony it just pure BS, so it walk or jail.............
