Alrite, well my best friend's dad owns the house I live in and have lived in for about 6 months or so, my mom has lived here for about a year. And as of yesterday I got word from him that his dad confronted and said my neighbors nearly all of them have been telling the cops and my landlord a lot of details about the happenings of my house.

I live in a somewhat nice neighborhood lots of older people and families my neighbors also live very close to me and I can only toke outside. I guess they have reported there has been drug use, possession, paraphernalia,(and my least favorite) dealing, at my house A LOT to local and state police and my landlord. Me being 16 nearly 17 can't do much as far as just leaving, and my dad lives in a small apartment with his wife and 3 kids. Oh and my house sits prolly about 60 feet away from my high school .

I've known for awhile they didn't like me but now this shit's real. About a week ago my mom told me there were 3 Indiana State police officers parked at my neighbors across the street who for at least 2 weeks stood on his front porch beer in hand( perfectly fuckin legally ) and WATCHED my house like mad. Even took it so far as to pace to and fro in front of my house one time I kno of.

My other neighbor right next to where I do most of my cheifing has already called the cops on me before on New Years, and because of them there were 3 locals standing in my room me still drunk and defiantly high and the only reason I didnt get arrested and taken to dentition is cause one older one knew my dad and liked my mom.


I just don't kno what to do. I kno most will say stop but the thing is I have for the most part. I don't make it nearly as known as I use to only I smoke and its usually at night and them saying dealing is because a lot of my friends would hang here and smoke out then they would leave. I just need some guidance from someone who knows what this is like and what I should do. I'm already trying to figure out somewhere to sleep for awhile cause that is literally the only thing I can figure that would help.

Oh and I live in a smaller town only 45,000 people and the cops are defiantly more for busting worse shit as in dope, not so much little me with my pot but i fear the neighbors being all white and all being very straight laced people say DOPE, drugs, this junkie and his friends are in his car getting there fix, when in reality were smoking a J.

Just gotta be more discreet man, stop having friends over to smoke if it's getting you in that much trouble. Are there any woods or parks nearby that you can go to after dark and toke up?

Your situation sounds terrible man, i feel for you.

Nothing worse in the world than nosy neighbours. Why cant people keep themselves to themselves instead of neighbourhood bullying? They all need to get there own lives and be less concerned with yours.

Stop smoking and having tons of friends over. That is the only way for your situation to improve.

It's one thing to state something, but it's another thing to not make any sense without an explanation for having tons of friends over would make this situation better.
If my kid had tons of friends over all the time, would not only make sense to assume that they're smoking alot more dope then my kid would by himself.

Just get all the weed and that stuff out of your house. They can't get you if you don't have anything. They could be working on a warrant to search your house (I'm assuming, don't know that much about warrants) as we speak, so I wouldn't take any chances. From now on just smoke away from your house or in your house with a doom tube.

Be careful dude. I would definitely get anything and everything incriminating out of your house. If they come to search you, and you have everything in there, then you're definitely screwed.

Man, nothing worse than some nosy ass neighbors. I feel for ya man, I live in a pretty tight-knit neighborhood where everybody is always in someone else's buisiness. Just be careful!

Get rid of everything in your house that shouldn't be there. (Also, be careful what you put in your garbage cans. Once they're out at the street for pickup, the police can search them without a warrant. People throwing away quantities of baggies or seeds and stems have been busted after police found that stuff and used it to get warrants.)

Tell your friends to stop coming over for a while, at least until everything blows over.

Be good and stay out of trouble. You don't have to move, you just have to make some changes and be more careful. Now that you know your neighbors are hardasses who will call the cops to report stupid things like that, you know to be more cautious.

Try smoking at their houses like take turns, or find woods, and keep your group like 2 to 3 good friends who can act normal when need be. Like other's have said remove incriminating stuff from your house. Nothing better than a slap to your neighbors' faces if the cops search and find nothing. And if you have to smoke around your house just do it in your room, make a taliban, papertowel roll with a dryer sheet or two on the one end rubber banded on, blow your hits through it.
