Ok, so a few days ago I was smoking and started getting these weird chestpains that actually felt like they were hurting quite a bit.

I was smoking the night before and I was fine. Although that day I had heartburn, so could it just have been that, and then me being high, thinking it was worse than it actually was?

Also I was basically smoking all weekend, like friday, saturday and sunday. Sunday is when I had the weird chestpains...

They didnt last very long and when the went I felt normal, anyone know anything about this or have an ideas?

I don't think its anything to worry about bro. Probably some minor pain caused by something else, and then over-exaggerated a bit because you were baked.

Happens to me once or twice a month. I don't know what it is but when it was hurting for a few minutes I bent over a certain way and heard something pop in my chest and the pain went away. Chest pain can be a serious symptom of other things though. When it started, I had a doctor look at it then she had an EKG and xray done... nothing wrong. If it continues I'd advice you to see a doctor.

If it continues stop smoking to see if it goes away, also try smoking just tabacco for a while and see if you get the same feeling.

I seriously doubt its the weed, BUT, regardless, you should go to the doctor and get checked out...better safe than sorry.
It could be a serious heart issue, or it could be nothing.
not trying to scare you, its prob nothing, but find out=)

Yeah it was kinda scary, I just relaxed and it went away.
I've never had it before and it was only on that day, which is weird.

I might smoke again soon and see if it happens.

Also, if I go to the doctor, do I tell them I got the pains when I was smoking weed or do I say I randomly just got them?

I can't remember exactly how they were, but it was basically all across my chest, more mid/lower parts of the chest, basically spanning all across my chest. It almost felt like only "strips" of my chest were hurting - very hard to explain

The pains were only there for a short while but they sort of fluctuated in intensity, I wasn't doubled over in pain or anything though.

I also had heartburn/acid reflux earlier that day as well
