| Isn't really the website to post this, but I will anyway. For the last 4-5 years, every now and then my right knee will pop out of place then right back in, it's usually when I bend it barely just the wrong way. It's just very uncomfortable, and I end up not wanting to bend my knee for 4-7 days at all. Well I wanted to see what was causing it, so the last week I started looking at it and didn't pop it out of place but just to the point where its about to. What I noticed, was when I take my heel and bend my leg backward..So I'm pushing my heel towards my ass, quad stretch..When it gets to about a 45 degree angle the ball bone thing on the outside of my knee( right side for your right leg) starts to go under my knee cap, but when I do it with my left knee the ball bone thing stays completely out. So basically the bottom part of my leg, shins, shifts to the left on my right leg when I bend it backward. This just something I have to live with or is there something causing it? Edit: and the reason I ask is just because I can see it happening one day well I'm squatting, maybe with a lot of weight, and it'll happen, and it probably wouldn't turn out very well. |

| I would ask a doctor and not an online forum. That's not meant to sound mean if it does.

| Well it could be a problem with your joint which may or may not be serious. A doctor might recommend wearing an athletic brace or if its serious enough, surgery. My point was that none of us, even if we had a similar sounding problem, could know for sure whats wrong with you. ![]() |
