Well after over 2 years of daily smoking it finally happened...

I usually have consistent dealers for dank, mids, and commercial/reg brick weed. Well all my options tonite were either getting dank (which I spent about 180 for the other week), and I wanted to roll some blunts and joints so just wanted some mids (didn't want to deal with many seeds, otherwise would of just gotten some commercial shit). Well of course my only option is someone I don't know who I was told from people had good shit, and was selling "high mids" for 60 a quarter (which I dont even like payin that much for mids, but was in serious need), well made the mistake of not giving it a proper look when I got it before he jetted off, when I got to a light to check it out, I honestly wouldn't of played over 25bucks for this shit. Long story short, a lot of bitchin the dude out on the phone I make my money back.

Lesson learned: Never buy shit I dont check out before I get it (which I am usually good about), I honestly don't think this was a quarter either (impossible to eye out though)... Any way theres my story, it finally happened haha, but all is well the guy was cool about it after I got him to agree to give money back. Hope you enjoyed some of my high ramblings.

One of my homies got ripped off by the same two people twice in two days it was a pretty funny story(not really) actually.
But he went to sell two ounces of chronic for 700$, legit shit, well worth it.
Well it was someone he didn't know.
he drives up and the guy gets in his car, my homie shows him the sack he looks at it, then hes like alright, and hands my homie a pack of cigarettes(empty.) and the money was suppose to be in. When the guy leaves he looks inside and its a 1 dollar bill, wrapped in a fake hundred.
He was out 700$.

Next day, he went to buy two ounces of chronic for 550$..The guy who dipped out with the chronic the day before his best friend went to make the deal..
Well the guy got in the car, the guy asked for the money, and the guy handed him the bud, and then dipped.
He looked at the weed, it was all reg shake, with nothing but stems and seeds.
So he got fucked outta 1250$ in two days.

And he's a really skinny so not much he coulda done, I laughed at it it was pretty funny.
And since he didn't know them, he didn't know where they lived, or even their names.

Damn $1250 in 2 days lol thats fucked up. I got ripped off for $30 but now it doesnt seem too bad compared to that guy.

There are ways to operate within the black market that don't involve surreptitious deals with strangers in cars, with no time to inspect the product, no opportunity to weigh the product, and no time to count the cash. This kind of sketchy dealing is asking for a bust or a rip-off.

*This is why it's important for people to read about ''how to find a consistent dealer" that we started about three years ago----also perhaps that thread ought be expanded to include advice on how to not get ripped off/used by unscrupulous deal*rs--as evidently some you forum writers have valuable experience to share in this key area.

I've often viewed the matter of "finding and dealing with a deal*r" to be something that is "learned on the job"--thru experience, trial & error, etc...however, with the advent of this website and the experience of the forum writers maybe this problematic issue and the ways and means of coping with the black market can be dealt with in a more effective manner?
I'm not trying to say that it is you'alls Responsibility to ''educate" the neophytes, but hey now?
