and while trying to make a light bulb vape i got a little piece of the blackish glass in the left eye quite close tot he tear duct thingy on the right. It left a small cut on my eyeball but i got the piece out. I decided that it would probably be fine and with my friends proceeded to vape 2 bowls, first time vaping and we are pretty new to mj. Great experience but now my dad is at work for the night and i have a small cut in my eye and i wonder if I should call him about going to the doctor. I got an explination on how the glass got in it(from dinner plate) but i will probably wait till i come down a good amount. I don't want to go to the doctor and have them see pot eyes and be like oh we got a stoner...

We vaped at maybe around 7 maybe 30 mins to an hour after the glass cut my eye. Should I be worried and do you have any advice?

ummm.... go to a doctor? As far as I know, getting a cut in your eye is rather serious and can get much worse if you don't get it fixed immediately. Don't quote me on that, my friend got a little scratch on his eye and that's what the doctor told him. That was years ago and I have a pretty bad memory, but I would still recommend seeing a doctor.

Does it hurt at all? How big of a cut is it? How deep is it?

Dude, it's your eyeball. Go get that thing looked at. You could potentially get an infection and lose your eye.

Ight I will probably go see a doctor a little later tonight like the ER. Its fairly small from what I can see and i don't think its very deep. It doesn't really hurt just kinda itches a tiny bit maybe, but i'm still pretty baked from the vape session so who knows.

So what is the deal with going to the hospital baked, I'm not like super high but maybe buzzed a good bit. I'm pretty sure they won't do any urine tests and even if they did they probably wouldn't do anything if they found it.

Anyway, a dinner plate? That's the best you got? You don't gotta tell him what you got in your eye, people get shit in their eyes all the time. You were unlucky. You got "something" in your eye, you don't know what, you got it out, but it still hurts. That's all you really got to say.

Yea good point its not like they would even ask anyways. I think i'll go with this though so thanks.

They wouldn't give you a drug test for an eye injury anyway. I was drug tested once in the hospital and nothing came of it.

Yea i'm just trying to chill and come down some until I call. Next time i work with glass I will use safety glasses. I always though meh what are the chances and apparently they were pretty good

...I don't own any though so I will definitely go buy some sometime soon.

Who knows maybe the Marijuana is helping because it decreases the internal pressure or whatever, but I doubt it lol.

Hey buddy dont even worry about the urine test even if you were high they wouldnt waste one on you. Youll be fine let me know how this turns out
