| Is it Drugs? Nope War? Nope Alcohol? Nope Smoking? Nope In Fact, if you add all four together, you still come up some 800,000 deaths shy of the biggest killer. And that is work. Yup, On the job deaths racks up an estimated 2 million frags worldwide each year. Much less then the 650,000 killed in War, or the 400,000 killed by smoking. The 60'000 deaths by alcohol pale compared to employment, and drug abuse? Well, at 40'000 for the entire planet it not exactly the biggest threat. Maybe Bush should outlaw employment. ![]() The stats are linked at MAPINC But I got a better link The actualInternational Labour Orginization press release!. |
