My sister and I got into a fight today. She doesn't do anything around that house, she lays around, makes messes and doesnt clean up after herself, REFUSES to do any house work at all, is loud and not a very good person to live with.

Shes 21 and im 18. My sister has always lived with her dad and tryed to live with us a few times and it never works out, shes always moved back to her dads because she fights with my mom and doesnt do a damn thing when she lives with us. I was ok with it when we were littler like 10 and 8 and shit but now shes 21 supposed to be an adult, but wont take care of herself or help with dishes, vaccuming, her laundry, bathroom, her space in the house we made for her when she came to live with us.

Today I had enough she doesnt treat my mother very well and takes advantage of everything including her.
If I or our mother ask her to do anything that will benifit the family and not just her like the dishes she REFUSES and today I had enough so we were fighting and I slapped her. She called the cops my buddy and I got all the bud and a backpack pipes and whatnot and dipped for about an hour. My mom calls and she says where are you im going to walmart i dont know if the cops are coming i cant believe she did that, I start thinking and I ask my mom if im a girl hitter and if im wrong for doing that she says no and its normal for brothers and sisters to fight. my sister and i did fight alot when we were littler it was just play though ya know.

so i call my mom about an hour later and ask if shes home and if the police had been there she says yeah im home and to cops were here and i told them none of this was nessisary it wasnt like an attack or anything and the cop says oh i know that i understand but its the law and were going to have to make an arrest for D (me). when ever we get a Domestic Violence call we have to make an arrest. so shes like ok later. my ma tells me to come home so i do and my sister starts crying and saying sorry for doing that and I told them not to take you to jail or anything and im sorry i told them i dont want to press charges or anything. I say eh so whats going to happen then. we talked and what not and now everything is ok and my sister and i are talking and laughing like usual...

Im just worried that I am a girl hitter and that people are going to think i hit girls or people for that matter. im not a girl hitter i dont think hitting girls is ok or people. im not violent and i havent gotten in a fight in years. where i grew up in the good ol' south dakota it was always ok to smack your sibling if they were out of line. you never talked back to your mother or father and you NEVER disrespect, hit, talked back to your father. that was a big no. what i did was smack my sister that got out of line. would you smack your sister or sibling if they got out of line like her. showed straight utter disrespect for the mother. another thing i didnt wind up for the smack either if ya know what i mean. id never hurt my family....
