|  Question about misdemeanors? Well, my question is if you had already gotten a misdemeanor for something unrelated to marijuana, then if you got caught smoking marijuana, then would the marijuana count as a second offense, or would it be counted as just having marijuana the first time? (In Nebraska it's a 100$ fine, and a court date. That's all for the first offense.)
