|  Kingpins My friend and i were talking the other day about shipments of weed that come in. Im sure there are quite a few dealers in my area, but my question is this : My friend said that everywhere has a kingpin, a head honcho that is the top of the chain for the marijuana that comes into the area in certain ammounts of time. Is there really one guy that is responsible for the quality of the weed in a certain area at a certain time? Or is it more like an oiligopoly where a few different people are the suppliers of the weed. |
