a few days ago i came in to my french lesson and a guy from my classroom just started insulting me into somebody elses ear i was really tired and just didnt give a fuck and just said if u got something to say say it to my face he kinda closed after that
then at the lunch hour i had this same dick and he tried to take away my water from my table so i grabbed the jug and started pouring it into everybodys glasses before i gave it to him he just waited there looking impatient when i gave it to him it didnt have much in it so he knocks over my glass and get water all over my food grabbed my plate and shoved it in his face and pushed him away he went off
and then in the next lesson he passes by my chair and gives me a good shove nearly tipped my chair (lol) so i got up and threw several punches at him he wasnt expecting it and got all weird gave me a punch i threw my hands up in time and then gave him a kneel on his thigh he shoves his hand down his pocket and grabs a knife tries to stab me i dodged and he goes for another stab and i grab his arm and drive it in to his leg and punched and shoved him off
he was bleeding everywhere and shit the teacher just watched the scene doing nothing and eventually called security and security called police and a ambulance after that i get beaten up by the police fucked up one of my ribs and on top off all of that the parents heard of it and pressed charges on me and i had to go to trial and the got me doing comunity service! its fucked up and he got nothing i nearly got away with it if i hadnt stabbed him and that was considered unecessary force which is just stupid it was either that or get stabbed!

This is one of the consequences you'll likely realize once you begin to use violence, especially in school. This guy definitely deserved a good ass-kicking but perhaps you should have waited until after class...

It really sucks that this happened, but perhaps you should get a lawyer or something and try to get off with self defense

Anyways, best of luck with whatever happens... and for future reference, the right choice of words can do just as much damage as a knife. But, whatever is done is done.

I'm sorry, but i'm going to have to call bullshit. First of all, you're acting like you're Bruce fucking Lee, dodging knife blows like it's nothing. Second of all, you said this was a few days ago? Well if it was a few days ago, how the fuck did you already go to trial? First you have to go to a hearing, where the judge says whether or not you're case is going to trial, and then you have to wait a few months to actually go to the trial.

okay it wasnt a few days ago but it didnt take several months not very many people actually go to court over here the max was probably about 2 weeks after the hearing

and ive been in self defense for 4 and a half years now knowing what to do when somebody tries to stab u is just one of the things
and why the hell would i waste time writing a long topic if it was bullshit?
