| i don't mind non-tokers one bit because most of them that i kno don't have a problem with people that do smoke. most of the people that accept smokers have at least tried it. but the people that push their anti-pot views on people that choose to smoke have never even tried the thing that they are so against. so to me their views don't matter. peace | |

| i'm usually not that bothered my most non-tokers, but there are some who really annoy me, just because they dont respect my (and my other toking friends) decision, but i just recon that with them, its a matter of misinformation, which i try to clear up. | |

| People, dont yell at them or anything just say "hey I like to smoke and it doesnt hurt my body. I encourage you to try it just once, but if not, ok thats your choice so please dont interfere(SP?) with my choices" But always try to teach them, and tell them to research on what they are against rather that taking other peoples words. But please dont make us stoners look like bad, stupid, lazy, ignorant, aggressive bums.

| Hmm, seems most of us don't really have a problem with them, so. I just got the impression before the boards went down that a few people did. Not to worry, glad to see we're all so tolerant ![]() Peace

| I respect everyone i meet to a certain extent, respect given is respect back. My best friend in fact was an anti - smoker at one time, and didnt even knw i smoked for quite a while. After he realized i smoked he was actually confused by the fact i wasnt a stereotypical stoner. That was some time ago now, and now hes pro-pot and a smoker who actually tells anyone who will listen an earfull of marijuana facts and deunks myths. I find it halarious and only hope others can "see the light" so to speak. ![]()

| I useally hang out with some non-tokers, but they are cool, all but one of them tells us every now and then that its stupid. but they dont say much more than that, the one kid that I excluded for the last sentince is all for getting high on weed, but dosen't like the whole smoking thing, hes all about trying it if we dont eat all the brownies before the next time we see him. I've also got a buddy who tells us how big of pot-heads we are, its so ****ing funny |

| If someone decides to preach to me about the "evils" of marijuana, they usually only have one brief chance to do so. I'm like a frickin' Soviet-era Communist when it comes to this; I'll challenge everything they say, and then put them immediately on the defensive. If it doesn't convince them (and I've convinced a lot of people ), they know next time not to mention anything if they don't have at least 20 minutes of free time...Hell, my mom was against pot when I was younger, but my Bolshevic approach to pro-pot propaganda had an effect. Every time the opportunity arose, I would bring up the subject, using issues that she could identify with to support my arguments. To this day we have regular chats about the problems associated with prohibition; just to make sure she hasn't crossed back over... ![]() As for people that don't smoke, live and let live. If it's the first time the situation arises, I may ask them why they choose not to smoke, and if it's a personal decision, I congratulate them for it. Not everyone wants to do it, and that has to be tolerated.
