At some headshops around here, mentioning the words bong, weed, or anything like that will get you kicked out...you have to be so ****ing careful what you say, or they'll throw you out. How are the ones where everybody else is? Are they a bit more relaxed? (I hope so...)

well common sense you think would kick in but a few cant help but say bong or other words in a head shop.

alot of friends work in these places and they go by the person, if they let it slipbymistake they remind them about what can cant be said

if they are brainless they get kicked,

the store has to be this way incase cops try a sting

" no, we do not see drug paraphinla"

"please dont say that word,i told you we dont sellsuch items nor do we know who does"

"ok ok so you have no bongs"

from the buyers chest a wire says
"cmon keep at it dont cave we have to bust them, cause ah um we just do"

i have notced new smokers have NOT learned the lingo or vibe of smoking yet, so they are given time to learn,but not in a store

I certainly have more common sense than that, Mirage, but I've been there to witness what happened when other store patrons didn't.

the head shops around here that my friends and i go to are great. three of the four let minors in, but still enforce that you have to be 18 to buy pipes, etc. i wouldn't dream of mentioning anything in any of them, though.. naturally they're uptight about things like that - they hafta be.

Don't give the headshop owners a bad time, they're just trying to earn a couple bucks and not get caught. If they get caught selling to a minor that could cost'em a bunch of money. Besides, it's not that hard to find someone who's 18, one of your friends has to have an older brother or something.

the headshops in my area arent anywhere near that strict

they allow you to browse...ask questions...look...etc

but only 1 allows underage kids to buy bongs or pipes


the other places require you to find an adult off the street to purchase it for you

they dont really mind.... the principal is not selling to a minor...but they still want their patronage and money

There's a head shop in another town close to me... they're VERY nice there! They've sold bongs and pipes to me when I was 16, no questions asked! They treated me just like any other customer and answered all my questions! The clerk even recommended stuff to me.

i've never been to a head shop but i'm going this week..
a guy i know has been to one in oslo that's called shangri-la and even though he's only 14 they sold to him and even discussed legalization with him.
in norway it's called water pipes and that's the only word so we can say it all we want in head shops

ps: a right wing party here wants to make sh!t with pot leaves,bongs and chillums illegal!that would suck
