I go camping every so often, and i find the best part of the camping trips is getting out of the city, sitting by a fire, and looking up at the stars.

i don't know if you peeps knew this, but you can't see 1/100th as many stars in the city, as you can out in the country. It is like a vacation, and you get to free your mind

My friend's dad works for a company that has a private campground, we go out there every now and again. The best part is, it's private property, so no cops unless we call them. The best though is to go to a concert or festival that allows camping like Hookahville, anything at Deer Creek, Gathering of the Vibes, Jerry Garcia's Birthday Bash, etc, etc. Nothing but a bunch of kind folk camping together, sharing the music and enjoying the good vibes.

BTW, Hookahville's next weekend! Anyone near the Ohio area should come down for it, it's a blast. www.hookahville.com

camping and bud is the best

in march, I went camping (well we left around 4 in the morning) with 7 other friends. we brought a lot of bud and another natural drug which i can't mention and had a great time out in the middle of nowhere.

we just sat around the fire and listened to Sublime on my friends awesome system in his car

the best was when the Northern Lights (i'm not sure if you can see them in the States, but here in BC you can - the sky turns into a wavy, colorful "curtain" ... green and blue) came out in full force. it was just beautiful and really trippy

around midnight we saw some headlights coming towards us a bit of a distance away and I instantly thought "cops!" ... yeah I can get really paranoid when i'm that high.

anyways, it turns out there was this house on the other side of the lake (maybe not even a five minute walk from where we were) that we didn't even notice when we arrived in the daylight. it was weird.

I go camping alot. Its usually alot of fun, however waking up in the morning is the worst part. I usually wake up with a hang over, lack of sleep, and feeling like crap.

Where I live, camping is only ten minutes away. My group of friends and I will camp out for days at a time and just hang. We'll talk about philisophical things, sit by the fire, or go walking in the orchard. Its great here because cops really don't bother us unless we're blatantly doing something terribly wrong. Hell, cops here are known for stopping by and having a beer or two with us. Camping is great for toking because there's nothing better than a campire, a sky full of stars, and a joint or a bowl being passed around.

Ahh the memories.

Well, never been camping and smoked.

But, in the next couple of weeks, i'm hopefully going hiking, at the Blue Moutains (couple of hours from Sydney) with my stoner mates.

Hitting that bong at the top of a peak after a hard hike up will be well deserved. The view should be ****en awesome as well.

Ok, since i've timed-out on being able to edit me last message, i'll post another.

Yep, went camping with two mates. Sooo buggering, but once we reached our nights campsite, which was under a huge cliff over hang, we collected wood, lit the fire, and smoked. That was at about 4:30pm, we got to sleep at like 6:30. Woke up at 2:30am, had more bills, went back to sleep.

Next day, set off and found a really really good lookout thing, laid down and peaked over the edge, realised it was an 80-100m drop, then had another bill. Set off to the next campsite.

Which was right infront of a flowing river, put up tents about 5m from it, set up fire right infront of us, smoked and went to sleep.

Woke up THIS morning, set off and right near where out hike finished was this mass (approx. 50m) waterfall, coulda smoked, but didn't cus I just wanted to get into town and eat.

Anyway, sorry for the longness, but that's my story and i'm proud of it.

I WAS JUST AT A SCHOOL CAMP OUT FOR THE LAST DAY OF THE YEAR. IT WAS SO FUN MAN, TONS OF KIDS THERE...LIKES ATLEAST 100 KIDS. IT WAS A BLAST, EVERYONE WAS SMOKING....NEVER HAD SO MUCH FUN IN MY LIFE.....I WISH I HAD THE TIME TO WRITE ABOPUT IT. MAYBE I WILL LATER, I AM AT WORK. TEE HEE.

I'm planning a camping trip for late october. My friend and I'll pack the truck and head up to Moose Head lake in northern Maine. A week on sitting around the fire, smoking, hiking maybe some diving will be in order. Already asked my boss for the time off too.....ahhhh fun fun fun.

I don't know about anyone else, but I consider myself an outside smoker. I prefer to smoke outside, under the starts are in the woods. A whole different feeling than smoking in my apartment.
