I know my friends and I have had some crazy experiences while camping or going out in the country and wilderness areas to smoke. How many of you like to camp and smoke or like to smoke in the great outdoors. What are some of your experiences?

ive never done that but if i can convince my friend who used to smoke(he's got a car) that it would be cool and he should relax and stop telling me i should quit, or if i get a car im gonna go campin with my friends this summer and get baked the whole time

Smoking while camping is the greatest, it always makes me feel calm and paranoia-free.

We have a campfire pit right in our back yard. We live in a pine grove anyway. It is truly a wonderful, nearly religious experience to sit at that fire stoned. Everything takes on new meaning, including the shapes of the logs and coals. You can feel the ocassional breeze and hear every night bird.
I would say this experience is second-best to listening to Pink Floyd on the headphones.
Maybe they actually equal each other in favorite things to do.

camping is the ****, i get baked camping all the time, it's great sitting around a fire, blunt in hand... staring at the stars. but, all of you pretty much summed up pretty good, so i'd like to say something different... something i've yet to do, but wish to do in the future, {Moderator Note: Discussion of drugs other than marijuana are forbidden.}

I go camping at the fresh water springs here in north Florida sometimes. On one trip, as I was getting into my innertube in the water to drift down the river, I was holding onto a tree branch that extended out over the water. When I looked at my hand, I noticed that there was about a 4-foot snake curled up right next to it! Then, after I saw that, I raised my head up, and noticed that there was ANOTHER snake on the same level as my head, about 6 inches away, staring right at me! I don't think they were poisonous though.

So...after I get in the innertube, I'm slowly coasting down the river for a while, and I start to drift past some algae/seaweed floating on the water. I look over to it, and see about a 4 1/2 foot alligator no more than 3 feet away from me, staring at me like the snake was!

That has got to be a blastI take my two man canvas,my kayak,and stuff for a few days,and camp in a grove,with a fresh spring feeding out into a huge lake.No gators,,,,cept the tourists!Sometimes I take my guitar,my kids,golf clubs,video cam,oh yeh!and fishin' stuff.I do enjoy getting out!b.s.

I'd LOVE to have my own kayak. I plan to get one some day. I want to try out some touring..... just paddling along, setting up camp along the shore. Ahhh....

Never smoked at a camping trip, but it sounds really cool
the most "wild" place i smoked at was at park, they got a big lake there but its all polluted and full of junk,
my best friend is planning on going to Machu-pichu later this year, thats going to be on hell of a camping trip....
