There are quite a few who i would love to smoke with. So many, I have to make a short list, rather than narrow it down to one.

Lets see:
BB King. "Bring me champagne when I'm thirsty, bring me reefer when I want to get high"
Claudia Black. aka Aeryn Sun from Farscape. She's beautiful, and she has a wonderful laugh which would be great to hear over and over again in a stoned haze.
Robert Patrick. Seems like like such a straight arrow on X-files, would be fun as hell to see him baked.
Charlie Sheen. He smoked in Platoon, seems like a hell of a fun guy to party with.

I suppose that rounds out the more unusual people that i'd want to smoke with(the people besides Jimi, Bob Marley, etc.)

Honestly, I would like to smoke with Brad Pitt. I -believe- he smakes in real life, and I read an interview with him and he sounds like he has very interesting (and good to my taste) opinions on politics and the capitalism/liberatarianism. Plus I liked his performance in Fight Club
