there is gonna be a march or something in manhattan on may 5th. i heard that people can smoke up legally, or like as long as its inside and u dont take it out or something... what am i thinking of and will it be on may 5th? if not what will go down?

Well, their is a march. Smoking up legally, no. Its just a rumor. Though out of like the 20,000 people that went last year, i think like 40 or so were arrested.

Not bad statistics.
