oh well guys, parents busted me. They threatened random pee testing. So it looks like I have to stop for the next year. Not until I go to college. I imagine I will still try to post, if I see something that strikes my fancy. Ah, its probably for the best, I could probably use a little break anyway, it was getting a little out of hand I think. up to 4-6x a week is a little too much I think. My lungs could probably use a rest. Oh well, you guys stay up, stay high, stay lit, and stay holding. Love ya!

Ouch, man. Getting busted by your parents is nasty. It's almost worse than a cop because you have to live with them.

I've been caught and continued to hide it. I've never been threatened with a piss test, tho. I hope your parents aren't SERIOUS about these urine tests. It would be really embarasing to me...

Every parent works differently... with some, open honesty is the key. Unfortunately, I'm an only child and my mom is always "on guard" for me. So, in order to keep her from worrying, I don't let her find out about certain things. It seems to work best with her.

Well, whatever you do... good luck. A break from toking once in a while will set you back on the right path. Hope ya don't have to wait until college to start toking again.

but when they figured out i wasnt gonna stop they stopped lecturing me

they have never threatened to drug test me.....

aww thats the worst....I mean, my mom knows I smoke but she's down with it for the most part (I mean, she knows firsthand that it's not all that bad...she used to smoke hash when we lived in Spain 24/7 hehe), but there are times when she gets into the role of being a politically correct mom and threatens me about it hehe....but, if anything, if you somehow can't resist smoking than just buy a detox drink/pill and save it so if they tell you they're gonna take you to the doc for a urine test just take it the day before and everythin would be all good

Your parents busted you? that's gotta suck. When I started smokin weed, I figured my parents didn't know. I never saw them when I was stoned. After a while, my mom told me to quit tokin up in the house. I acted like I didn't know what was going on. A while after that I looked in her room -- a bong on the nightstand! When she caught me breaking up an oz, I knew I was caught. She asked for a few buds, which I gave to her. Been smokin with mom since.

well, they had already caught me once, and even though I was really careful, dad came down and saw me all bleary eyed, and said he knew. I tried to play it off, as if I didn't know what he was talking about, but he definitely knew. They said if they caught me again that they wouldn't pay for college, and I don't want that. So I guess I have to take a break for one year. But just imagine what that first toke will be like in college. That will be heaven.

ya my mom caught me tokin bout a month ago (after the school called ) and she was pissed for like 3 days,
she never threatened me with a piss test though ( heh) but now it's all good, she still bugs me about it though
but i dont mind.
i still toke @ school once-in-a-while (or whenever i can get some bud)
so ya im pretty happy bout it.

Well yeah,

I got caught once, not caught exactly but i kinda told my parents and then i went up to my room and i hear through the intercom my sister saying shyt about how i'm looking up hard drugs on the internet and stuff etc. I'd researched the hell out of e thats why. (sorry moderator) And like i hear my dad going "That's scary"

So blah, next day sorted shyt out with my mum, dissappointed ra ra ra but realised she couldn't stop me etc.

Then my fukken sister read thru my icq history which had alot of incriminating stuff in there and that REALLY pi$$ed me off. So she had a hissy fit, next day sorted it all out with my dad, same deal as mum. I got my points across aswell and my parents agree that it shouldn't be illegal but still don't want me getting f*cked up.

Anyway, didnt smoke for 2 weeks, then i smoked again. Then eased it on a bit and started smoking every 3-4 days cos it was holidays.

Anywho i got caught at home and mumma had a hissy fit that nite. Talked to her next day and i felt real bad and awkward and shyt. So i told em i was quitting, which at the time i was going to do because i figured it wasn't worth the trouble it caused at home.

So its now 2 1/2 weeks on from then, and i still haven't smoked. And i'm going to smoke this weekend because i have a stoner buddy of mine who's moving interstate and it'll be the last weekend he'll be here, so i wanna celebrate. I was wonderin if i should be honest and tell my parents that i'm going to smoke with him one last time. I'm thinkin i should, but not sure what they'd say.

I think they might be ok with it.

Guess we'll wait and see.
