Working a DJ gig at a club once, right after I finished my set, I was a bit nauseous (probably from all the pounding bass) so I went to my car to smoke a J. Cop shined his light in the window right as I was lighting it...
Went to the jail for a few hours and they wrote me up and let me go... Got it thrown out of court because I had my doctors note and I was using my medicine "at work"

I have been really close to getting busted by the Police. Don't ask me how they didnt find that baggie and pipe we threw in the woods. They had flashlights and everything looking for something illegal. Thank god we weren't caught.

i almost got arrested just for having spraypaint in my backpack this past weekend. luckily, i knew i couldn't get arrested just for having the cans, so nothing came out of it...but this just goes to show what pricks the cops in my area are. they'll violate your rights all they want unless you know what they can and can't do, it's f*cken ridiculous. i need to move to vancouver.

Hmmmm, hope you wherent using those cans for what im thinking, but thats not important...

Ive had my fair share of cops pulling up next to me while fishbowling a car, or maybe think ones following us.
Only time I almost got caugh ( I posted a it earlier), But We where upstairs smoking (house probly reaked) but we where on break so we didnt care.. and this cops comes knocking on the door, and comes in and asks us some questions about my friend stealing some stuff,not to mentionwe where baked off our asses but he didnt seem to mention NEthing about marijauna. phew that was scary.

Amazingly i have never been caught. Ive been smoking for almost five years and dealing with other drugs and ive only come close one time. I've only had to deal with cops 3 times in my life. Only one concerned drugs. That was the one soybomb was talking about. Asshole cops illegaly searched us and miraculously didnt find my quickly and sloppily hidden stash. I guess im usually pretty paranoid and i stay safe as possible and leave if i think somethings getting sketchy. Kept me out of trouble while all my other friends get in trouble often with the cops.

Have I been caught by the police? Hmmmm... sure: caught having sex in wilderness area [oops], caught driving barefooted in a state where that's illegal, caught driving in the wrong neighborhood [no kidding, they stopped me cuz I didn't 'look right'] - but so far I haven't been caught smoking pot!
