I would say at a minimum don't smoke in your parents house. You have to at least respect their wishes as far as that is concerned.
Your best option if you decide to continue smoking would be to do so at a friends or somewhere else you feel safe.

Ive been caught many times, but ill get into that later, I just thought id share some tips I have on how not to get caught, I think you should start by placing a clean shirt outside your house, so before you walk in you can change shirts, then go and toke outside away from your house then air out for about an hour and put lotion from like bath and body works or something strongly, but not suspiciously scented on so you have little weed smell, then change your shirt outside your house and put your stuff hidden away, ie your sock, waist, anything you can think of, then go in and immediatly take a shower and change clothes then put lotion on and babby powder, then hide your stuff, then your good to go and oh yah use some eye drops if needed, the upside you are very likely not to get caught, downside, your buzz only lasts about 1-2 hours longer after your done cleaning up, well thought id just add this quick reply

That would take like 2 hours to do all that and "you" would still be high for 2 more hours. sounds like some good weed. hook up

You would think it would take that long but it only takes about 1 hour 30 mins most of it is from the time your walking around enjoying your buzz airing out which is chill so its not like your not high, and when I just go in my backyard and run into the house and shower quickly it takes like 20mins and you can enjoy about 3-4 hours, and yah I get some nice stuff it smells like a pine tree has lots of crystals sticks to the bag, and has orange, not red but orange and red hairs, but yah if you just go like in your backyard then shower quickly, you have only about a %15 chance of getting caught, but when you go outside and chill and then go home and shower and then chill, then you can almost guarentee yourself you wont get caught

ok, so i got off work at 11am on friday (last friday) and Dru (fellow employee who i met only like 4-5 days ago asked if i smoked bud, and i was like "hell yes." so he follows me back to my house, and he leaves his truck at my house and gets in my turck and we drive to my connects house, and pick up only a $40 sack, since dru is paying. after that, we drive around looking for a place to smoke, and we find a small side street and we pull over and he packs a bowl in my piece. we smoke for awhile, like a good 4-5 bowls (which is alot for me and esspecially him) and i am fucked up... all of a sudden we see one of those police lights scanning the street over from us and before i can start my car it hits my truck and Dru and i duck down and try to hide.

the cop stops and gets out and asks "driver(me) put your hands on the window!" and i can barely hear him since my windows are rolled up and my radio is blaring. he repeats and repeats. he then draws his gun and says "driver! puts ur hands on the window! i wont hesitate to fire!" and dru turns down the radio, and i hear him clearly now. (i know cops cant shoot unless there life is endangered, but i was fucked up and i believed him, like i was tripping out when he said that) So i cooperate and put my hands on the window and he tells me to slowly open the door and throw my keys on the ground, and walk towards him, and sit on the curb with my feet kicked out and hands on my head. he then tells dru the same.

so he tells us to sit here, and then another cop gets here and then tell us both to stand and get our IDs out, and then do like a light search(pockets and ankles) on us, since the cop like knows we are minors. and then the cops sit us down on the curb again and give us a fat lecture for like an hour. comments like "living the high school dream and what do u plan on doing after u smoke? driving home and killing someone?" made me think a little.

so then he says hes not gonna take us in, so he calls my dad and dru's dad, and they have to come get us. i was scared of my dad, but he took it pretty easy, just like grounded and shit,no truck for like 3-4 weeks, no ass kicking i was expecting.

the cop gave my dad my ID and keys.

So, overall, the cops didnt give me a ticket or anything, just my name is in the computers, they said.


i didnt remember laughin but Dru said the other day i was like grinning and cracking up randomly when the cops were talking to us.

I don't know why the cops didnt give me a ticket or anything, they even gave my dad my piece back, but my dad broke it anyways.

well thats it. thats was my friday night.

Did the cops actually see you smoking? Without reason (probable cause in legal terms) they cannot order you out of the vehicle and everything like you described. Simply sitting in a vehicle isn't considered probable cause. You described what most police departments consider a "felony stop". Thats NOT how they treat "normal" stops. Either you are exaggerating something, or are leaving out important details. Cops don't randomly perform felony stops on people sitting in a vehicle after dark.

well i didnt exaggerate, but he said while we were sitting on the curb, "why did u duck down when u saw my vehicle? You could have been loading a gun!"

someone called the cops so i think thats why he knew something was up, because he came down our street im guessing looking for us.

other than that, i really have no idea about police procedure.
