i wake up, smoke a blunt with 4 of my friends at a place called the wall. its on a university camps.. anyways, i buy a quarter of some dinosau eggs(thats what the weed is called, its from the club, pretty purp shit) anyways me an my friend go up to the wall to meet my other friend. i roll a blegt, but it didnt hit so i ripped it in half and we smoked it and i was abt to light the other one as i see a cop ZOOM by on his bike an in a matter of a couple seconds. i squish both blunts in my hands and toss em behind me inside of this log bench we were sitting on (i stashed the quarter like 50 feet away before we started smoking)

anbywyas he says he smells the weed. ideny it. both of my friends let him search them. nothin.

he says get up i get up he starts touching me..."i dont give u concent"

-pigg: i understand *starts searching me*

"but i doint give u concent to search me.

-pig: i have probable cause *searches me*

finds:

2 swisher sweets

2 lighters

2 empty baggies, never opened (dime sacks)

a couple of those plastic looking joint wrapers that wer emade in brazil they call em clear swishers. anyways he also finds my pipe an like .2 of some crumbs at the bottom of my inside pocket of my hoodie.

i forgot my pipe was on me, i had stashed my weed. and i didnt even kno i had those empty baggies on me.

i beg him not to do anything. he cuffs me, gives me a ticket for juvenile possesion of tabaco. and thats it..

calls my parents AND LETS ME GO. i walk away pick up my quad from uner a leaf like 50 feet from there an go meet up with some people.

so my question is...do i have to go to court?

the ticket on one part says misdemeanor or infraction and infraction is circled...doesm anbyone kno what that means?

More than likely if you don't see a court date on your citation, you'll probably just pay a fine and it'll go away in time. If you chose to fight it, then the court stuff starts to go into effect.

You will have to go to court, With your Parent or Guardian, and talk to a judge, He will either throw it out, give you community service or a fine.

i got caught with a pipe(still warm) and one tiny ass little crumb, got underage tobacco possesion( i was 17).
i had to go to court, judge gave me community service, and i had to get assigned it through city hall.

on the ticket it says infraction or misdemeanor and infraction is circled...what is that>?

it also says...i have to go to: superior court of california, alameda county. it also has a number an i hav to call or show up in 60 days...whats gunna happen to me???!!!???????

do i have to have a lawyer if i plead guilty? could they still charge me with marijuana mariphanelia? they still have the evidence but the cop didnt charge me with it on the ticket...?

I've never been caught by my parents...it's hilarious how naive they are, actually. I used to act really anti-drug, because, well, I was. Then once I actually started to think for myself that changed, but I kept acting the same way around my parents. Just a few nights ago I came home reeking of pot and my mom told me that if I was going to hang out with my friends when they smoke pot, I should at least "ask them to not blow their pot smoke all over me".

Anywho, I was hassled once by the cops...went like this: (I'm gonna shorten everyone's name just to the first letter, both for privacy's sake and because I'm lazy)

(Sitting in a car in the parking lot of a school, just chilling out after having smoked a few joints, I am completely baked at this point)

Me: What are those lights?
F: Oh, it's just a taxi.
Me: I don't know...why would a taxi be pulling into a school parking lot?
F: Shit, that's the cops.
Cops: Could you exit the car and put your hands over your heads please?

(The cops pat us down)

Cop 1: So, what have you been up to tonight?
F: Not a lot...we were hanging out here but we were just sitting in the car for a bit because it's so cold out.
Cop 1: Have you been smoking pot?
All of us: Nope.
Cop 1: Hmm, alright. Yeah, sorry to hassle you guys like this, we got a report of a guy in the area with a gun, your friend here (T) sort of matches the description so we'll have to search him.

(They search T but luckily he is the only one who didn't smoke any pot, and he doesn't have any on him)

Cop 1: Okay, looks like you guys are fine, sorry about this.
Cop 2: Can I get some ID from you guys?

(We give her the ID and she goes off for a bit. T chats with Cop 1 a little bit about what it's like to be a cop - he's actually a really nice, reasonable guy, but Cop 2 is on the fucking warpath)

Cop 2: So, you guys say you haven't smoked any pot?
Us: Yeah
Cop 2: So how many joints did you smoke?

(She points a flashlight in my face)

Me: None.
Cop 2: Yeah, likely story...why are your eyes so red then?

(I'm particularly proud of this considering how stoned I was)

Me: I'm having an allergic reaction to some medicine I took earlier.
Cop 2: What medicine?
Me: Cephalexin.
Cop 2: Uh huh...what kind of medicine is it?
Me: Antibiotics.
F chimes in: Oh, that's what your mom was calling about? You sounded kind of worried, I was wondering what that was.
Cop 2: Hmm...well...looks like we're done here.

(They get back in their car and drive off)

Probably not that intense compared to some of your stories, but I get crazy paranoid about this stuff sometimes so it was pretty nuts for me. I'm glad I was able to keep it together.

That was a pretty good story you gave to the cops. I get so nervous around cops even when i'm not even doing anything wronge. I would be a reck in that situation.

Yeah I'm usually the same way, I get crazy nervous about stuff like that. My story was actually semi-true, too, which I think helped. I'd taken some antibiotics and my mom called me up and told me they had penicillin in them which I'm allergic to, but I wasn't actually having a reaction to them.

Wow, this is the first time I've ever posted on this forum extremely baked, I have to be honest, I'm enjoying it.

This happened to my friend in high school while I was sitting on the couch.

He was on the computer and we just hotboxed his room and his mom smelt it and came down. She asked him why his eyes are all red and he said "he got a feather poked in his eye" then she asked why both eyes are red and he said "compensation" she just walked balk upstairs in disgust.

I dont know why but that was funny at the time.
