My brother and I took a trip from New York to San Diego and then up to Oregon in November of 2004. We brought an oz of some stuff we got back home with us so that we could really enjoy the trip. We were riding a Greyhound bus and after spending a few days in San Diego smoking and enjoying ourselves, we got on another bus to head north to Oregon. We were about halfway between SD and LA, and it's the middle of the night, when suddenly the bus pulls over on a remote stretch of highway right next to a border patrol station. Two cops get onto the bus and explain that they're from the border patrol and that they want to see everone's ID. So we whip out our NYS drivers licenses, thinking everything's cool, when the cops start asking us questions, like what are we doing away from home and stuff like that. So we answer all of their questions and they then ask us to get off of the bus and to take our bags with us (the bags were stuffed under our seats). As we left the bus my bro asked why we were having to do this and the cop said, "That's a nice hat you've got there." Of course my bro had a Sublime hat on with a pot leaf in the middle of it and neither one of us had realized it. So they go through our stuff and find the thirty bucks worth that we still had left and told us they'd let us go since we weren't trafficking or anything like that. The funny thing is that we were the only American citizens on that entire bus, and when we got back on, all of the nice folks from Mexico got to enjoy the rest of the ride to LA snickering at the two stupid gringos who got busted with some mid-grade NY buds. Ah, god bless America. BTW, since the police didn't arrest or take any criminal action against us, the weed they confiscated from us officially didn't exist as evidence, since officially there was no crime. I can't imagine what those fine officers did with our stash, but I'm sure you guys have a few ideas. What a buzzkill.

That would be the only reason for me to become a cop. Just take kids stashes, not charge them, and smoke their bud. Everyone wins.

Well i didnt get busted but my friend did. He is actualyl my friends brother, that i kinda like our friend. But anyways, he was driving with like 3 other kids to go smoke a blunt. and a cop pulled them over for having a brake light out. And from what one of my friends who was in the car told me the cop was one of those young cops that act like hardasses. The went back to his car and the driver ate like a gram he had in his pocket. And the cop said it smelled like weed. and asked the driver to get out of the car. The driver immediatly said i am not going to let you sear ch my car. The cop searched the car, back up came. And my friend said that the cop that came for back up was chil las shit. Gave them their cigerettes back and shit. And he also went on explaining how 4 people on a blunt that size just doesnt work.
The cop searching the car finds the blunt, and 4 grams under the seat. It was a shocker that nobody knew that there was weed under the seat. Not even the driver. the cop let all the passengers go without telling anyone. But the driver got taken away in with the cops. This is his first offence and he is over 18 so im not sure what his charges are going to be.

Let's just say don't hang around in a park after dark, me and my friend Myles were just chilling in the car at some park/fun area thing. I kept telling him that we should probably go, but he kept saying that we would be fine..okay...fine. well sure enough 5 minutes later I see a high beam spot light hit us and the car pulls in. Cop. I really wasn't upset since I figured he was just gonna tell us to go home., but no the asshole comes over to the car and asks for IDs and then comes back and asks me to step out of the car. He questions me to what I'm doing here...are there any drugs in the car. No. He then asks if his drug dog can take a sniff ( Note: I didnt NOT know my rights at this point in my life) sure go ahead. I had full cofidence that there was nothing in the car. Dog takes a sniff around and cop opens the door and starts looking around in the car. His partner takes me off to the side and starts talking to me to distract me from the other cop was doing. Suddenly I see the cop pull out a small baggie and a pipe. The weed I had NO idea was there ..and well I forgot the pipe was in my purse...ugh. ..so I got arrested and my friend got sent home. Later on the way to jail they found open containers in my trunk, so there was booze in my trunk and I had no idea either. I had just moved recently so there was a ton of stuff in my car hiding it.....so yea...that was in October when I finally had finished everything it was August. ..it took 10 months to sort it out and finally its over with. I had to go to drug classes, those classes were a joke...haha. I was still smoking pot while going to them and I just used a flush drink when I had to piss test.

So live and learn kiddies.

Well ive been caught a few times since i started tokin the herb, but only because i wanted to...i kept giving little sighns here and there,like leaving an 8th on my kitchen unit ...well that was an accident, but i never wanted to hide it from anyone because it became to immature for me to do at that age, i respect my mums wishes that i dont do it near children which i never would anyway im not dumb...but when i was caught family wernt to pleased, but after a year they are used to it and they dont care to much now.

Because i live in england the laws are not as stricked as in the US so cops dont bother us much around here....dont get me wrong you will still get busted...but if you got all your weed in one single bag then all the cops can do is take it off you, no jail or anythin....dealing? well thats a different story (and offtopic) alltogether.

Well, I didn't exactly get caught, but my dad did see me and my friends at the corner in the Jetta blazin it up. First off it's not a smart place to be, on the corner, under a street light. Anyway, one day, I'm just sitting on my couch watching T.V. after coming home from my friend's and I'm sober. My dad walks by and sees a plate from the night before, on the coffee table and he says, "Is that yours?" I say, "Uh, yeah, did the cat get it or something?" and I pick up the plate, take it in the kitchen and sit down, my dad's in his room and I hear, "Quit smoking so much pot! I see you guys doing it down at the corner!" So being the sly guy that I am, I open with the over used, "What are you talking about?" He's rambling, "You come home stoned and you dont' want to do anything but sit on your ass! You don't do the dishes!" and I'm like, "Oh right, only stoners don't want to do dishes." He rambles on and on in his room and I shake my head laughing a little bit cause I know I got him. Ever since, I've blazed it every day and a part of me hopes I catch him in the act and can have a successful talk with him and blaze it up with him some time, cause sneaking up the road to the nicest bong in the woods, trying to avoid my neighbors and the manager of the tralier park is getting really anoying. The funny thing is, he said, "so much pot" I'm pretty sure that that means he knows and he's semi-okay with it as long as I'm doing it responsibly.

Suprisingly I didnt get caught for this but anyways, it was 4/20 and me and 4 of my friends were blazin before school, packin up bowls and rollin joints. When I get to school, I am blown all through first hour. Then during the 5 minute break after first hour one of my buddies comes up to me and pulls a small bud off my sweater, and were both like wtf. I guess i mustve dropped it on my sweater while rollin a joint and it stuck to my shirt. It's pretty funny looking back on it, I mustve looked like an idiot with a nug on my shirt in school on 4/20

HAHHAHHHHHH, whenever me and my friends have phatty sessions we always have cumbs of shake all over our hoodies an shit lol. one day my friend nick an i were in spanish class, and like hes alll like too this girl, wanna see my trees? shes all like yea (mooch) and he opens his film canister but manages to fuck that up and a couple nugs fling out of it onto his desk and the floor lol luckily we had a substituee that day and she didnt see it lol when he saw it he jumped so fastf or it so no1 would see it. HHAHAHHA
